    Description

1922--O'NEAL HOTEL IN DODGE CITY, KANSAS--ENVELOPE AND  7 PAGE LETTER...Here's an interesting 98 year old letter written on Oct. 14, 1922, from a traveling salesman to his wife in Kansas City, Missouri, on the logo stationery of the O'Neal Hotel in Dodge City, Kansas......At the top it says..."Fire Proof Building"..."European Plan (Rates .00 to 2.50)".....He writes about the weather, his business ventures, his health and recovering from the flu, how he misses her ....They actually communicated in those days with these long beautifully cursive written letters....no emails, twitters, texting, skype etc.....kinda refreshing and very personal....This letter is in overall
    excellent  condition
..small tear on couple pages at one crease....The envelope is in
    very good condition
...opened and torn along one side and a little light wear around the edges....Buyer pays shipping costs of .95 (US).....
    PLEASE NOTE
--California residents are  required to also pay California sales taxes, which will be added to invoice....   Thanks and Happy Bidding....
