    Description

1922--PARK HOTEL IN WAMEGO, KANSAS--ENVELOPE AND  LETTER...Here's an interesting 98 year old letter written on July 17, 1922, from a traveling salesman to his wife in Kansas City, Missouri, on the logo stationery of the Park Hotel in Wamego, Kansas......At the top it says..."Rates .50 per day", "Bath" and "Steam Heat".....He writes about the weather, his business ventures,  how he misses her ....They actually communicated in those days with these long beautifully cursive written letters....no emails, twitters, texting, skype etc.....kinda refreshing and very personal....This letter is in overall
    near mint  condition
    ....The envelope is in
    very good condition
...opened and torn along one side and a little light wear around the edges....Buyer pays shipping costs of .95 (US).....
    PLEASE NOTE
--California residents are  required to also pay California sales taxes, which will be added to invoice....   Thanks and Happy Bidding....
