    Description

    This is a rare item from the early 1940's.
    These are 3 original Western Union Telegrams from 1941.  One has a date stamp in it with date May 21, 1941 at 7:13PM.
    There is one "Social Message" and two "Congratulations" messages.
    These are very neat.  They printed out the message on paper and then glued it on the telegram.
    Included are all the original Western Union telegram envelopes.  The front of the envelopes read "A Greeting By Western Union".
    These were well preserved in some files for the last 80 years.
    These are a cool collectible.  One could say this was the first "Instant Messaging" of today.  :)
