1950'S LEATHER BROGUES, SIZE 12, GREAT QUALITY, ENGLISH LEATHER SOLES

Description

This is a pair of very good leather shoes, brogue style, going by the perforated designs and serrated edges.
No makers name on these, "Premium Grade" is stamped on the outside soles of both. The bottom of the soles also show some fancy "tooling" marks.
The size is given as 12 on the inside of one. There are some other numbers and words, "sole" and a few other things look to have been hand written.
"Leather Soles, Made in England", is stamped on the inner soles of both.
They measure 12 3/4" long, bottom of the soles, the left is 4 1/4" at it's widest, the right is just shy of 4 3/8" at it's widest.
Very good condition. One tongue has some whitish spots that might be paint, and some color loss in the same area.
There is some general wear to the outside soles, some darkening to the inside of both shoes. There is a small scuff at the small toe area to the right shoe.
The quality is similar to Church or other custom made footwear.
The shoes trees are included, with a Whitehouse & Hardy label. 1950-1970's, or thereabouts.
