    Description

This is an Antique Lot of 23+ Letters to Madeline Shiner Lotz from 1929-44 WWII, Depression, Love.  Madeline lived in West Palm Beach and her mother was in Long Beach, NY writing letters to her. Mom is worried about depression and becoming homeless. An early love note, "I love you, Do you love me?". Doctor advice, imagine radios in every room in a hotel!, going to the Roxy, and 1944 letter to Maddi from Alvin in the mountains of Iran worried he can't get a girlfriend because all of the 4F Charlies are taking them.  Good stuff! 17 letters, 4 postcards, 2 telegrams and a few other misc. papers.
    ENJOY!!  :)
