A big misconception is that carnivorous plants do not get any nutrients from the soil. While it is true the carnivorous plant has adapted to get most of its nutrients from the prey they catch, they also draw any available nutrients from the soil. Unfortunately, most commercial fertilizers are far too harsh and will overpower the plants delicate root system. This will ultimately result in the untimely demise of the delicate but precious plant. Jessi Mae Products fertilizer and soil conditioner has been specifically formulated to deliver much needed nutrients yet is mild enough to not harm the plant in the process.

Directions: Shake well before each use. Apply 1ML of solution directly to the soil at the base of the plant prior to watering. Fertilize once every 2-4 weeks, take caution not to over fertilize and keep a watch on the plants color and condition as yellowing and turning black is a sign of over fertilizing.
