The new and improved Dura-Beam Series version of the classic Intex Deluxe Pillow Rest Raised Twin Air Bed offers the ideal comfort and enhanced durability.  Engineered with Fiber-Tech Construction, which is comprised of thousands of high-strength polyester fibers, this airbed provides enhanced comfort, stability, and support. Unlike traditional airbed construction, high-strength polyester fibers do not stretch over time, resulting in superior and long-lasting durability. The sleeping surface is covered in soft flocking for extra comfort. The dual chamber construction provides increased ground stability and height to make this airbed a refined addition to any guest room. There's no need for extra pillows! The bed's built-in pillow is designed to provide support. The Raised Pillow Rest Airbed is remarkably easy to inflate with to the built-in, high-powered electric pump; quickly and easily inflate both chambers with the touch of a switch. Fully adjustable to any level of firmness for the ultimate in comfort. The airbed inflates in about 3 and 1/2 minutes and completely deflates by reversing the pump for travel and storage. No more fussing with tiring hand or foot pumps. The convenient hand carrying bag is perfect for storage and transport. The 16-1/2 inch raised height provides easy accessibility and a closer feel to traditional mattresses, making it the perfect choice for house guests, dorms and travel.

Most items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused/undamaged. All returns must be authorized by a WindyCity SuperStore customer service representative via Ebay Messaging and a return authorization number must be obtained to return any item. Refunds are given for for the original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that Power Equipment that has been gassed or oiled, Air Beds that have been inflated and Pool, Boating, Kayaking, Floating Equipment that has had water in it cannot be returned.

To obtain a Return Authorization number please contact us through eBay messages.
After 30 days, all items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and any service must be authorized by the manufacturer's customer service representative. Please see your product manual for warranty details and contact information.
Order Cancellation
In order to provide Fast Free Shipping, we process orders almost immediately. If you would like to cancel and order that you have placed, you must contact us via Ebay messaging immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot stopped or cancelled. An order is considered as shipped when a tracking number is assigned. When a tracking number is assigned it means the order has been processed by our warehouse, has been loaded on an outbound trailer and is in transit to the carrier's hub. Tracking numbers are not "active" until the order is scanned into the carrier hub in the evening.
