This wire cutter is made of martensitic stainless steel (8Cr13MoV).The steel is hardened through heating and quenching. This technology helps to enhance sturdiness and gives it a natural level of resistance against rust and corrosion even in marine, high temperature and humidity environment. The body of steel is heat-treated and bright-treated in vacuum and acid-free condition and its rigidity is 42-50HRC. The blade is heat-treated by high frequency wave and its rigidity is 56-58HRC.
The handle of flush cutter is ergonomically made. The cover of cutter grip is made of silicon which is non-slip and flexible. This sprue cutter is loaded a stainless steel spring that returns the jaws to the open position automatically and the joint is lubricated by oil.
