Vintage Thomas Sevres Bavaria Hand Painted Violets Small Decorative Plate

Description

A wonderfully well done hand-painted white porcelain Thomas Sevres Bavaria 6" plate. Thomas Sevres made porcelain out of Germany. Painted with purple violets and their green foliage, along with areas if lavender and light blue background. Gold trim on rim. Signed "A.M." on back in gold. Backstamp was used between 1908 and 1939; this does not mean that is the time period when plate was also painted, but it is possible. Shows minor wear, such as a few small scratches. No cracks or chips. Measures approx. 6" in diameter. Beautiful cabinet/wall plate.

Items are cleaned/washed. Pottery, glass, and china are cleaned carefully, without using harsh methods or cleaners.
Photographs are part of the description. There may be reflections in photos of shiny, glossy, glass items and also shadows in some due to shifts in natural light or a lack of natural light.  Artificial light can cast an amber/yellow glow upon items, esp linens.
Vintage items generally show age and some wear and I do my best to make note of any condition issues.
