Ownership changed hands in the 1980's along with the original formula.
Discontinued at that time. Ultimately reformulated perfume was discontinued
by 2015. This perfume dates from the 1980 to 89. The EMB# dates it .The
original is made up of over 300 ingredients. I have smelled this item. It has not
turned or gone bad. It's top removes properly & replaces easily. The stopper
removes with fingernails. It's a very smooth fragrance. I can see why people like it.
