Wee Forest Folk Whirlie Girl-Made 2005 to 2007 Teal dress-red whirly. This little girl is such a wonderful balancing act! She's balancing on one foot as she holds her windmill whirlie out to the breeze. I think, because of this delicate balancing act she was only made for 2 years.  This is a new piece that has been in safe storage since  had to sell my store due to my husband's illness.
