Condition is Used.  This is a ceramic or porcelain  bottle top or handle.  I don't have the bottle or container this went to but it does look old.   It could be a dairy creamer bottle or syrup bottle or handle.  The Wheeler's brand emblem of Manchester  Porthsmouth NH. in good condition for the age it shows.   It is printed logo on the top of the ceramic or porcelain  top or handle. Minor chipping noted and but in good condition.  Age us unknown to me.   Feels a little rough at the base.    This was a  garage sale find with several other tops or handles.   It is about 1 inches long or tall and 1 and a half inch wide at top.  Please view the photo gallery to appreciate.   Good luck bidding.
